YOO KYUNG-OK observes various aspects of people with great interest as she mainly works on figures. She envisages the emotions and characters of those she meets through their appearances, gestures, and the words they use and then sculpts each figure out of clay. Her works are a representation of her everyday ideas and her relationship with those in her surroundings through an arrangement of sculpted figures that resembles a theatrical scene.
